Prohibited Content
A G FREIDEMAN LLC’s SMS messages are strictly for customer care purposes and do not include promotional content, direct lending, loan agreements, or any prohibited categories such as gambling or cannabis, as outlined by carrier policies (e.g., The Campaign Registry and CTIA guidelines).
Eligibility
To participate in our SMS messaging program, you must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Our service does not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under 13 years of age.
